Logistics Optimization Specialist

PosteBeing part of LOEWE gives you the opportunity of learning new things every day and working with people passionate about what they do, in a fast moving and ambitious company.We are looking for a Logistics Optimization Manager who will be responsible for improving actual standards, continuous training all over the warehouse in lean tools, facilitating problem solving tools and managing improvement projects.Key Functions of the position:Propose, follow and encourage action plans to improve results and achieve objectives.- Orientate operations resources to achieve results.- Ensuring the optimisation of operations processes to achieve the objectives of safety, process accuracy and performance.- Creation and monitoring of KPI's ensuring that reliable data is available.- Encourage and participate in organisational improvement exercises, kaizen, observations...- Facilitate problem solving by involving and cooperating with the teams.- Accompany operations teams in change management and influence results.- Generate positive impact for the business- Lead different projects, including, managing the project plan, find the optimal solution transversal coordination with different teams, and communication with stakeholders.ProfilWhat is important for the role:Previous experience in logistics with active experience with continuous improvement tools.English B2-C1.Microsoft Office.
