Key Roles and Responsibilities : Works with the renewal owner or the client directly to review the client's commercial needs and work within the company policy and rules to support a commercially favourable renewal quote / proposalWill perform client-facing interactions or support renewal owner in aligning the internal commercial considerations with the clients' needs as part of the on-going delivery.Will work with the support renewal owner to ensure the order is onboarded accurately.Upon clients' issuance of renewal order, ensure clients' orders are validated and processed accurately in the internal systems, in accordance with company order intake policyEnsure all commercial documents such as clients purchase orders, vendor quotes, internal commercial documentation are complete and accurateProvide a thorough analytical breakdown of client contract structuresConduct risk assessment and exposure management, calling out areas of concernsPartner with Legal to perform contract reviews and assessmentsKnowledge, Skills, and Attributes : Ability to work with a variety of internal teams both on & offshore to ensure the successful execution of their daily activitiesDisplays excellent understanding of the relevant systems and portalsAbility to work quickly and accurately, whilst being able to balance general administrative duties and excellent client service orientationAbility to display an understanding of the business needs and expectations and the ability to consistently deliver a quality service through offering the required supportReliable with the ability to produce a high quality of workMeticulous attention to detail and ability to manage work processes and display strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service deliveryAbility to plan well and organize their daily work activitiesAbility to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholdersShould be at least an intermediate on MS Productivity tools like Excel, Word and PowerPointKnowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needsKnowledge of vendor pricing & commercial modelling for Managed Services contractsStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood negotiations and problem-solving skillsEffective reporting and presentation skillsExcellent commercial acumenHigh level of drive and ability to work under pressureUnderstanding of global commerce and business capabilities and policies for global dealsAbility to build and maintain cross-functional relationships with a variety of stakeholdersMaintains extensive knowledge of product and service offerings, including new offeringsAcademic Qualifications and Certifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Commercial or equivalent (Finance graduates would be preferred)Completion or working towards completion of an ITIL certification is preferableRequired Experience : Demonstrable years of related industry experienceDemonstrable knowledge on commercial constructs of Managed Services ContractsSound experience working with business intelligence softwareDemonstrated relevant experience in similar role within a related environmentExperience of pricing as a consultant or practitioner with a history of developing and implementing innovative pricing solutionsDemonstrated experience in commercial modelling using MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Vendor back out knowledge is preferableDemonstrable order booking processes knowledge Quote to Order / Order to Cash KnowledgeExperience and excellent demonstrable knowledge with using SAPDemonstrated knowledge with using Saleforce.comSkills Summary Budgeting, Contract Renewals, Negotiation, People Management, Pricing Models, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management
