This position is to be offered fully remote (home based) ineither the UK or Spain. Essential functions of the job include but are not limitedto: Develop, mentor, manage and coach PSS staff to progress their skillsto maintain Precision quality standards. Advocate individual career development, and individualresponsibility/accountability. Ensure personnel work to the highest quality standards and maintaincompliance with established SOPs, working guidelines, project plans and allregulatory requirements. Participate in the interview process for new PSS staff by conductingCV review and participating in the interviewing process. Conducton-boarding training for new staff in conjunction with Human Resources,Clinical Training and other functional areas. Develop robust and flexible operational methodologies, standards andprocesses for the PSS role and ensure consistent, quality execution amongthe PSS personnel. Ensure that personnel have the proper resources, training, materials,and access to systems to deliver on the expectations of their position. Develop training plans and hold personnel accountable to achievingtraining goals or addressing training needs. Manage workload of supervised staff with continued assessment andadjustment as needed. Provide on-going feedback, development and coaching of CSSs includingannual performance reviews. Mentor and train personnel in clinical study monitoring and therelevant applicable regulations, ICH- GCP Guidelines; ensures standards formonitoring and reporting are met. Perform other duties as assigned by management. The ideal candidate will have:Minimum Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a business,scientific or healthcare discipline At least 5 years of clinical research experience or equivalentrelevant experience and or demonstrated competencies in the keyrequirements of the role. Other Required: Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interfacewith others in a team setting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customerservice demeanor Ability to undertake occasional travel domestically andinternationally including overnight stays. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English(Professional level).Preferred Prior line management experience Project support experienceCompetencies Demonstrates a working knowledge of ICH-GCP, and relevant PrecisionSOPs and regulatory guidance. Resolves project related problems and prioritizes workload to meetdeadlines with little support from management. Solid interpersonal skills Motivates other members of the project team to meet timelines andproject goals. Exhibits high self-motivation, is detail-oriented and able to work andplan independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to develop, coach and mentor staff. Focuses on continuous improvement, including the ability to makeproactive assessments on how to make processes more efficient. Demonstrates professionalism, as evidenced by punctuality, ability todeliver on commitments, possess good interpersonal skills and maintainpositive interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Communicates both verbally and in written form in an efficient andprofessional manner.
