Your responsibilities and impact as a Managing Director: Leading and shaping the strategic vision while ensuring operational and sustained growth.
Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with the overall vision and objectives.
Drive initiatives and expand the market presence, increase revenue streams and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Oversee all aspects of say-to-say operations, including production, supply chain, sales and marketing.
Implement efficient processes and optimize productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness
Make sure to follow industry standards, regulatory requirements and ethical practices
Develop annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans collaborating with the finance team
Monitor financial performance, manage cash flows and investments and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company's financial health.
Build and nurture a high performing team
Provide mentorship, coaching and professional development opportunities to empower employee and drive growth
Promote diversity, equity and inclusion to support inclusive work environments
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners.
Skills, experience and interests you need to succeed in this role: Higher education (finance, business administration, management or related field)
Proven experience 10 years in a senior leadership role within the jewelry manufacturing industry or related field
Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic planning and operational excellence
Experience within the financial acumen in budgeting, analysis and risk management.
Deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
