Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineering Manager Role Overview: Manage all aspects of Manufacturing Engineering for our Wiring facilities Introduce and integrate global Industry 4.0 technologies Drive and standardize wire processes, procedures, and equipment worldwide Lead automation wiring assembly process and digital transformation of operations to enhance OEE, quality, cost, and business growth Key Responsibilities: Generate and implement I4.0 ideas/technologies for Wiring operations regionally Contribute to global standardization and collaborate on equipment and supplier selection Lead equipment and capex purchases in regional plants and provide global support Enhance overall OEE by improving equipment availability and reducing downtime through CI involvement Review Capital Expenditures and conduct manufacturing studies for new business opportunities Participate in design reviews with cross-functional engineering groups Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years' experience in manufacturing engineering and automation installation Experience in global organizations and team management Proficiency in process flow charts and designing line layouts Experience with capital equipment projects and high production automation Strong problem-solving, operations analysis, and attention to detail Skilled in integrating complex systems and Lean Manufacturing principles Experience with assembly & process automation lines Strong communication skills and familiarity with 6 Sigma #J-18808-Ljbffr
