You will join to a young, dynamic and international environment, where your role will be responsible for the pricing activities and portfolio analyses of Alpiq Energía España SAU in the field of managing third party renewable energy plants.Your responsibilities:Responsibility for the pricing process. As part of the Short-Term Optimisation team you will act as a liaison between Asset trading and Origination, helping to put optimal pricing strategies into practice and ensure a flawless pricing process.You will carry out detailed analyses of industry trends and regulatory changes in order to make well-founded decisions in the field of managing renewable energies in the Intraday market and balancing services. Optimising existing pricing tools and adapting them to new requirements. Development of innovative pricing strategies together with the Asset trading and Origination teams, to strengthen Alpiq's competitiveness.Continuous portfolio analysis and risk quantification to identify new business opportunities and support risk assessment and management.Preparation of ad-hoc and risk management reports in accordance with internal guidelines to ensure decision making.Your profile:Bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on engineering, economics, finance or data science. Experience in pricing and risk analysis, ideally in the energy sector.Knowledge of the energy market, in particular intraday and balancing services power trading. User knowledge of Python, SQL & Power BI as well as strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills and a structured way of working.
