Marketing AnalystThe Marketing Analyst for Competitive Intelligence plays a critical role in driving business success by collecting and analyzing competitive, customer, and industry information. This will include reviewing earnings reports, analyst reports, win/loss reports, market research, and industry trends.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes recent and emerging competitor, customer, and industry trends, to determine the impact on the company as well as potential opportunities for the organization.Projects the future actions of competitors and determine how to gain market share.Collects, analyzes and synthesizes market and competitive insights that provide actionable recommendations, leverages analytical models and frameworks to recommend actions.Delivers high quality insights and analysis on competition, market trends and emerging business opportunities and threats. Presents findings to stakeholders and gathers information from them in a professional fashion. Develops and maintains key documentation and deliverables to support the sales and product organizations (battle cards, SWOT analysis, competitive insights, presentation material) to drive sales effectiveness and strategic product decisions.QualificationsMinimum 1-year competitive intelligence experience in a strategy, sales operations, marketing operations or product marketing role.Proven ability to analyze new products, market trends, and competitors and translate that information into actionable intelligence, positioning campaigns, and sales tools.Working familiarity with the supply chain enterprise software industry.Analytical skills to collect and analyze data.Financial acumen to review earning reportsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives and large groupsComfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environmentResults-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyHigh degree of intellectual curiosity and self-confidenceBA/BS degree or equivalent work experienceFluent in English (Preference Multi-lingual)Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
