In this role, you will work side-by-side with one of the co-founders to support the implementation of our global marketing plan and related campaigns across the UK, EU, US, and Australian markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive and execute ambitious projects involving internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of the global marketing plan and various campaigns at market level for the UK, EU, US, and Australian markets, ensuring timelines and qualitative standards are met.- Coordinate the planning and execution of the seasonal calendar of product launches, events, and promotions for the global market, working closely with internal teams and serving as the key point of coordination.- Continuously review the execution of all marketing materials and activities to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and understand how we can do better next time. We always want to improve every campaign!- Work closely with the influencer marketing team and ensure all key team targets are met.- Identify innovative big ideas to strengthen brand awareness and engagement, contributing to the company's growth objectives.- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring projects are executed cost-effectively to meet short, medium, and long-term objectives.- Partner successfully with internal teams and external vendors to manage marketing expenditures and monitor spending.- Conduct pre-campaign market and customer analysis, as well as post-campaign performance tracking and reporting.- Act as the key point of contact for all marketing requests, providing timely feedback and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:- The right attitude.
