Also develop local posts and content as required, as well as manage discussion with consumers via the social channelDevelop PR campaigns for IBERIA: validate the translated press release and distribute among relevant media outletsDefine advertising plans for IBERIA and manage with media agencySupport the execution of promotional campaigns for IBERIA selecting and deploying relevant mechanics to drive adoption of campaignsManage and coordinate local photo and video shoots as required, with a focus on gathering content that can be used globally / regionally as well as at a local levelReview local websites to make sure pages are correct and update with local news when relevantMonitor competitor activity / performance, providing insights to Marketing Director EMEA and CBT marketing leadsEducation and Experience Requirements:3-5 years in marketing communications roleFluency in European Spanish and EnglishStrong track record of experience with both B2B and B2C marketingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSkilled at multi-tasking and meeting deadlinesIntermediate to advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, and WordWillingness to travel up to 15% of the time to visit customers and support eventsMarine experience preferredNext is Now!We value growth and development, recognizing that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job.
