Your responsibilities Campaign Prioritizaion & Implementation: Set up marketing assets and workflows to maximize the efficiency of B2B automated marketing campaigns across different channels.System Administration: Act as a system admin to support training & enablement, maintenance, and reporting processes in alignment with our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) architecture.Innovation and Optimization: Utilize marketing automation to introduce new techniques in campaign & process design, engagement strategies, and conversion optimization. Share best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.Campaign Management & Reporting: Oversee campaign flows to ensure prospects progress through the buyer journey effectively. Monitor automated campaign performance against business goals and KPIs.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leveraging data to enhance marketing activities.What You Need to Succeed Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing or marketing operations, with hands-on experience in automated campaigns and performance analysis.Qualifications: Relevant digital marketing qualifications, with Marketing Automation Platform certification (HubSpot is highly valued).Skills: Strong technical understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring & routing, CRM integrations, analytical prowess, excellent communication, and networking skills.
