Manage and execute the email marketing strategy. Campaign management and customization with the coordination of the rest of the team. Planning the different tasks involved in the launch of a communication and identifying the associated agents. Interlocution with the rest of the teams to perform tasks among the different users involved in the launching of a campaign. Follow-up of the launch to ensure the quality of the contact and the campaign in addition to the analysis of the results of the campaign. Ensure the promotional content quality. Validate the creativity of customer communication, making proposals for improvement. Create and automate Journeys. Implementation of the different automated actions and triggers through the corresponding application and in the required media. Experience: Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Marketo. Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role. Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation. Experience with CRM platforms (Marketo). Knowledge to manage marketing projects.
