Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK Job Purpose: This role main purpose is the Project Management of key projects within the Therapeutic Area including: adopting/fostering consistent ways of working across LOC Medical Affairs team by applying Operational Excellence spirit and techniques and budget management support, while championing innovative ways of working and processes. In this role, you will... Responsible, under orientation of the TA medical director, for coordinating, integrating and project managing Medical Affairs & key activities contributing to the country Medical plan (Local MP).Accountable for assisting Medical Affairs staff in the coordination and management of key projects in the LOC (such as tender preparation, departmental projects, local committees meeting preparation, Independent Medical Education programmes, Grants & Donations, evidence generation, medical education, medical information).Accountable for coordinating and project managing the process of planning and review of Country Medical plan by AMLs and other stakeholders in the region.Accountable, under orientation of the TA medical director, for coordinating and project managing selected critical projects in the LOCsAccountable for driving monitoring and tracking of progress of the Country medical plan including Medical KPIsAccountable, under orientation of the TA medical director, for adopting/fostering consistent and innovative ways of working (tools, processes, best practices, etc.) across the LOC medical team.Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Industry/Business Administration.Experience in Medical Department roles related to quality, project management and budget control. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Certifications in project management and/or Lean/Six Sigma or similar project management accreditation desired.
