In this role, you will... Responsible, under orientation of the TA medical director, for coordinating, integrating and project managing Medical Affairs & key activities contributing to the country Medical plan (Local MP).Accountable for assisting Medical Affairs staff in the coordination and management of key projects in the LOC (such as tender preparation, departmental projects, local committees meeting preparation, Independent Medical Education programmes, Grants & Donations, evidence generation, medical education, medical information).Accountable for coordinating and project managing the process of planning and review of Country Medical plan by AMLs and other stakeholders in the region.Accountable, under orientation of the TA medical director, for coordinating and project managing selected critical projects in the LOCsAccountable for driving monitoring and tracking of progress of the Country medical plan including Medical KPIsAccountable, under orientation of the TA medical director, for adopting/fostering consistent and innovative ways of working (tools, processes, best practices, etc.) across the LOC medical team.Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Industry/Business Administration.Experience in Medical Department roles related to quality, project management and budget control.
