Responsible to the Director of R&DThe Director of Technology, Engineering team, Production, and Quality are key contacts.Located in Madrid, Spain: Calle Isabel Colbrand nº 10, Acceso A1, Oficina 162, Despacho 34, 28050 (Hybrid optional)40 hours per week (Flexi-time)Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Engineering Team, your responsibilities will include the following:Design, development and test of analogue and digital electronicsSupport product design, integration, validation and handover to Production with other Engineering team membersSupport management and other departments in contact with customersManage QA, including documentation, reviews, validation, change and configuration managementUse experience, knowledge and understanding of integrated circuit interfacing and digital communication systems processor interfacing.Skills, Ability and Experience (Essential)BSc/MSc in Electronics or a related fieldKnowledge of analogue and digital electronic circuit design, including:Interface FPGA /microcontrollerPCB schematic DesignDigital Signal Processing (DSP)Digital and Analog FilteringKnowledge of Design, simulation and verification tools for FPGA-HDL designExperience in analogue circuit design for data acquisition and processingUnderstanding of research and development methodologies for high-technology manufactured productsPython scriptingKnowledge of QA, including documentation, reviews, validation, change, configuration managementKnowledge of VHDL for test benches would be advantageousPersonal QualitiesWe're looking for quality-focused individuals with an excellent analytical and problem-solving approach, a conscientious mindset, and the capacity to develop a good understanding of end-user requirements and your role's impact on the overall business objectives.
