Vice-President, People & CulturePosition SummaryWe are looking for a Vice President, People & Culture to lead and drive our people, culture, and talent acquisition strategies, as well as executive initiatives across the Human Resources Function of our business.As a business partner to the leadership team, the Vice President People and Culture will help the leadership team build and develop their teams, make effective people-related decisions based on data and organizational alignment and establish strong communication processes across our talent.The Vice-President People and Culture will drive our talent agenda across the following areas, while maintaining alignment with the companys core values:Talent acquisitionLearning and career developmentDiversity and inclusionCompensation and benefitsResponsibilitiesWork with leadership team to build upon and execute a long-term strategy for the People and Culture functionProvide objective and strategic input and guidance on variety of programs related to all people practices including talent acquisition, organizational development, rewards and recognition, change management, succession planning, compensation & benefitsEnsurethat all People and Culture decisions, programs and processes are aligned with our culture and core valuesImplement company-wide performance management programs that supports a high-performance culture while maintaining transparent feedback across the companyPartner with our leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs, and compare to the capabilities needed to deliver our business strategyLead talent acquisition to recruit top talent based on needs and requirements and help drive company branding initiatives that enhance Nakisas brand awarenessBuild scalable learning and development programs that help grow our teams capabilities, support retention, and nurture our top talentCollaborate with internal legal counsel regarding employment matters and compliance with regulationsPrepare, analyze, and report on People, culture and Talent Acquisition metrics in line with the companys objectives (Time to recruit, Employee retention, people satisfaction scores, workforce diversity, etc)Improve and update all human resource processes and procedures, programs, projects and initiate new ones as neededSkills and QualificationsExperienced with all key functional areas such as recruiting employee relations, compensation, training and development and total rewardsCHRO certified5-10 years of experience in senior HR roles in the technology industryStrategic thinker with the ability to define, pursue and prioritize various high impact business objectivesExperience in scaling organizations, and ensued change managementExperience in a fast-paced environment and capable of balancing the needs of the business and the needs of the peopleExperienced with talent acquisition in the tech industry within a scale-up environmentProven ability to build and execute on strong culture driving, impactful people programsExcellent interpersonal skills with exceptional communication skills, able to clearly and simply articulate complex ideas to a variety of audiencesAbility to lead meetings and presentations, and ability to interface with all levels of staff with tact and wisdomMust be a collaborative team player, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be a consultative problem solverHighly proactive style of work, with a demonstrated track record of developing innovative approachesFluent in French and EnglishWho we areNakisa is a global leaderin enterprise business solutions for Organization Design and Accounting and Compliance.
