O2C Lead

Act as a lead and should be able to communicate effectively amongst business stakeholders, internal and external teams Ability to match between customer requirements in Order Management O2C (Order to cash), AR (Accounts Receivable) processes and product functionalities. Understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user approval and work them seamlessly into the existing framework Familiar with data model, feature definition, extensive screen and report definitions in the O2C space. Plan and responsible for quality testing including user acceptance testing. Experience with Business Process Modelling methodologies and practices Exposure to modern user interfaces and a flair to keep abreast with technology Ability to learn new processes / domains #J-18808-Ljbffr
