About the roleYour daily adventures will include:Hands-on supply management in Spain - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of fleet and driver acquisition, conversion and activation.Designing and creating internal and external comms.Supporting our CS team with fleet and driver concerns and suggestions.Developing and executing strategies/initiatives to increase our operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges.Supporting Operations Specialists and Managers on city and countrywide strategic projects.About you:Graduate in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering.+6 months experience.Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish.You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth.Data-driven analytical mindset and skills.
