Operations Manager (Retail Account)/

Responsibilities: Develop and implement the operational strategy for the retail account. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations. Prepare and manage the budget for the retail account. Identify areas for process improvement. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Required Skills: Bachelors' Degree Holder. At least 3 years Operations Management experience in a BPO set up. Previous experience in retail operations management in BPO industry. Solid understanding of retail operations.
