The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer quotes, accurate processing of customer orders, complaints, credits notes, invoice management and dispute resolution. This role will deliver an enhanced customer experience through excellent customer communication, effective resolution of customer issues and a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with Operations, support departments to enhance customer experience and EMEA Commercial Ops' strategic and operational goals to achieve our revenue goals. The Order Management Specialist will be a part of the Customer Service team and will be located in Barcelona as a hybrid role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain customer direct contact and being a close Business Partner with Sales Organizations to fully support the Sales and Marketing strategies and the business growth.  Team up with other functions to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction.  Being a part and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance.  The essential requirements of the job include: Fluent in Italian, German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in order management and customer complaint handling with excellent data entry skills to review quickly and accurately input data. Demonstrate ability to resolve customers enquiries proactively and quickly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and SFDC Operated in a fast-paced environment.  Experience in working with problem solving methods.
