We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:This role is responsible for daily analysis of the potential fraud risks, managing the E2E fraud protocol trying to minimize fraud costs and support our clients and suppliers reporting the key figuresHe / She will Detect fraud by analyzing potential fraudulent bookings and payments. Also We look for someone who will detect fraud by analyzing fake hotels and hoteliers committing illegitimate activities.Other essential activities will include:Reducing the Fraud cost by Managing the E2E fraud protocol with all the internal and external stakeholdersUpdating Client´s payment performance by compiling and handling daily reports & account reviewsOptimazing chargeback process by Analyzing, preparing and handling daily disputesImproving fraud visibility and awareness by reporting key figures**Skills**:Knowledgeable about online payments and fraudStrong analytical and conceptual skills and attention to detailAppreciation of risk managementGood communication skillsAble to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment.Willing to work shifts including weekends (rota)High sense of judgement and a sharp eye for detailA positive trouble-solver with excellent work ethicsProficient command of both spoken and written English**Requirements**:Minimum 2 years' experience at online payments and fraud or 3 years of seniority in HBBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceFluent EnglishYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
