Validate if automation projects are delivering against the KPIs defined and ensure timely action, proper adoption, and appropriate support, maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement.Provide vision and clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), to innovate and automate manual processes, to decrease inefficiencies and support with business growth.Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment automation solutions across Payroll processes.Deploy process improvements quickly and iteratively, challenging yourself and counterparts to find minimal solutions to problems.Work with Engineering, Product and Payroll to build intricate solutions to complex problems.Continuously learn and share new skills, tools, technologies and utilise it to unlock new challenges and opportunities at RemoteCommunicate effectively with stakeholders acting as the key contact person.
