What will you have to do when you're here?: Manage and optimize Social Media Ads campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.Develop and execute PPC strategies to maximize return on investment.Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results.Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and create detailed reports for management.Prioritize content and asset needs based on analysis to optimize campaign results.Segment audiences and reach new potential customers for the brand through journeys defined by product category and market.Ensure proper investment to achieve desired objectives.Collaborate with other teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.Does it sound interesting to you? Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience managing large budgets on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and affiliate networks. Knowledge and experience managing campaigns on social media, including TikTok and Pinterest.Focus on data management and daily optimization of campaign performance.Ability to organize and process data, interpret metrics, and identify trends.Experience using Excel and Google Analytics.High understanding of Martech environments.Desired Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.Why would you want to be part of HOFF?
