ABOUT THE JOBPreparing month end postings and accruals for pending revenue, cost of sale and general expenses. Close co-operation with Business Services to effectively ensure timely completion of postings.Coordinating the preparation and the reporting of the actual results and the budget / financial forecasts.Supporting the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors.Support with Finance Manager participating in special Port Operations projects.Follow up to credit and control reports and team anticipating to late payments clients and cashflow issues.Create monthly reporting for each country and maintain open communication with Country Managers (North America, UK, Croatia, Italy, France, Greece, Spain).Develop finance manuals & procedures to drive efficiency to the Port Operations business.Manage technical topics impacting the entities including audit, statutory accounts, and tax, as well as lead the relation with external auditors, where applicable, for Global Port Operations business.Identify risks and opportunities and you will ensure compliance and accuracy to all reporting requirements.ABOUT YOUExcellent communication skills in English language, both written and oral.Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
