Job TitleProduct Definition AnalystSummary:As the primary liaison between users, stakeholders, and development teams, you will oversee all internal applications within the Department (GOT and CMS). Your role involves managing business requirements, translating user expectations into actionable requirements, and ensuring the delivered solutions meet stakeholders' specifications. Join us in driving innovation and excellence in product development!In this role you will: Build, maintain, and share functional knowledge of internal tools, processes, and services.Analyse business requirements from Product Management and collaborate with various business units across multiple locations.Provide solutions and drive towards common goals, including sizing specification and validation work.Write feasibility studies, solution overviews, product specifications, and user guides.Interface with relevant departments to ensure functional compatibility and present functional knowledge to internal development and QA teams.Present new features to key stakeholders and senior management, contributing to the implementation of the test strategy.Ensure production integrity by investigating and prioritizing reported incidents, and interface with customers during requirements understanding and implementation phases.Collaborate in production incident analysis, drive innovation-related activities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.About the ideal candidate: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3 to 5 years' experience in similar roles, with a background as a Business Analyst in a technical environment being advantageous.Deep understanding of software product management, user experience, and QA technology.Experience with QA tools/automations and MS SQL is a plus.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Collaborative and consultative approach, with a bias for action and willingness to learn.Exposure to SCRUM/Agile methodology and good troubleshooting skills.Ability to explain projects in detail, exhibit curiosity, and grasp complex concepts quickly.Experience in negotiating priorities and working with demanding stakeholders.What we can offer you:?
