Besides being an incredibly interesting discipline, product management is practiced very differently in different organisations.We see product management as the practice of strategically driving - within a Product Team or Vertical - the development, market launch, and continual support and improvement of our digital tools ('products').

A Product Manager must be able to provide all the information that is useful to the team in order to understand the problem, understand its cause or origin, illustrate the motivation to solve it and ensure alignment with business needs. To do this, your main weapons are questions and data.
For this reason, a Product Manager will use tools that facilitate the collection and analysis of data to identify what the problem is, and that help him transfer all those needs to his team to solve it.
