Position Title: Product manager
Position Type: Contract -Long Term -(greater than 12 months)
Mandatory: Spanish language requirement (local language is a must) Job Description:
Tool/Product knowledge required: Sample Manager LIMS, Maron OAS, MES products, OSISoft PI suite
of products, Modelling and simulation products, etc
Support and implementation knowledge for various solutions like OAS, Refinery Planning and
Scheduling, Condition Based Monitoring, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, Automate and
optimization, Real Time Data Management
Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive
growth and increase their business profitability.
Experience in gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirement and creating
functional specifications for new systems and processes.
Experience in assessing as-is processes, doing gap analysis, creating to-be processes and making
recommendations to implement changes.
Good knowledge on software configuration management systems and Analytical skills
Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
Support pursuits with large Oil & Gas prospects, services unique value proposition through
practical use cases across the value chain.
Provide consulting services to clients for application, health check, upkeep of models.
Create solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare
Providing Production Support on applications in scope and leading support team.
Problem Ticket Management and co-ordination between operation team and dev team
Doing Root cause analysis on the problems exist in application.
Learn and adapt to new tools used in the project to provide the best customer satisfaction.
Support of the User Acceptance Test (UAT), especially the fixing of Bugs
Maintain Ticketing tool application up to date with work in progress.
Deploying the builds in UAT and PROD environments
Preferred
Oil & Gas Downstream knowledge with IT experience
ITSM process
ServiceNow knowledge
Work Location
Location would be Valencia in Spain and resource should visit the refinery every day
