About the role Are you keen on transforming financial operations for scalable growth? We're in the market for a Product Manager for Finance who can help optimize our financial processes. You'll be at the helm of implementing our new ERP system effectively, and using technology to streamline and future-proof our financial operations. This role isn't just about keeping the cogs of finance turning smoothly. It's about laying the groundwork for the company's growth and scalability. Your work will ensure that our financial operations run seamlessly, and more importantly, are prepared to support the company as we aim for new heights.
What you'll do In the role of Product Manager - Finance, you'll be actively driving the transformation of our financial operations to support the sustainable growth and scalability of the company. Here are the key aspects of your role:
Vision and Strategy: Identify strategic opportunities in alignment with our business plan and financial goals. Communicate effectively with leadership and teams to influence product strategy and growth direction.Product Discovery: Develop a thorough understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences through effective research initiatives. Leverage multiple sources of feedback to understand customer needs and pain points deeply and inform product decisions.
Prioritization and Roadmapping: Manage stakeholder expectations while effectively communicating the rationale behind decisions. Maintain a comprehensive roadmap that prioritizes strategic initiatives and communicates our product vision.
Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Manage process and product changes to ensure minimal disruption and smooth implementation across teams. Lead cross-functional teams effectively, fostering a sense of collaboration and clear ownership for project success.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly reassess priorities, incorporating learnings, and pivoting plans as needed. Proactively identify and work towards delivering new enhancements with your team

Experience with ERP Implementations: While not mandatory, we highly value candidates who have experience implementing ERP systems, especially with NetSuite. Things like:mapping business processes to system capabilities, configuring and customizing it to fit business needs, managing data migration, ensuring system integration with other tools, and/or training users, will be very valued in this position.

What you'll need Prior experience in product management roles, preferably in tech or online consumer sectors, focusing on internal customer operations (experience withcustomer/merchant experience will be also valued).
Track record of leading cross-functional teams and launching user-centric tools or products.
Strong understanding of how to create exceptional digital user experiences.
Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication skills, with a command of English.
Proactive and accountable attitude, with a keen attention to detail.
