Facilitate the training of the Kronos team in the use of the application and/or optimization of productProvide senior management, IT management, and HR management with an integrated business perspective, assessing and consulting on risks and the effects of specific requirements on other business processes and system prioritiesEnsure alignment of technology with business (HR) strategyFamiliarity working with software development methods such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, unit testing, modules, agile development Support the lead analyst for local system components during country migrations Attain expert level knowledge of UKG Workforce CentralCoordinate testing of new application releases/bundles and act as SME to adress application issues.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and policies for system design and usageTest and review the quality of developed programs
