We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.**Responsibilities**:You will be responsible for:- Collaborating on the product strategy for Lending, including managing the product roadmap and supporting the go-to-market strategies for new and existing products- Managing end to end delivery of new initiatives within Lending as well as identifying and executing against improvements to current features and processes- Keeping up-to-date with market, industry and regulatory trends in Lending, which will drive your product decisions- Supporting in product commercialisation, including proposition development,- business case development, stakeholder training and creation of content (marketing collateral)- Defining, tracking and monitoring KPIs for product initiatives, and taking decisions and actions based on results- Communicating product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the business- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours, to enable you to design and deliver successful product outcomes- Working collaboratively with Technology, Risk and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics and stories- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the market, industry and regulatory trends in Lending, and taking decisions based on this knowledge**Expectations**:You will have:- A deep understanding of B2B Lending products and all underlying aspects of delivering them including underwriting, funding and loan management- A strong focus on the client, and will base decisions on client feedback- Solid communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly communicate product needs and requirements to leadership, business and technical stakeholders- Strong organisational and project management skills- A minimum of 4 years working in a product role in a high-growth fintech or neobank, or a software/service company- A minimum of 4 years product management experience, in a Product Owner or Product Manager role- Successful delivery of product solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation- Domain knowledge in Lending and all aspects of delivering the product- A high level of organisational and project management skill- Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to distil a problem into its component parts- Experience using JiraNice to have:- Experience working in a high-growth or scale-environment- Experience working with Payments and FX productsefcLI-AK1Li-Hybrid**About Us****Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.**Founded in 2009, we are headquartered in London and have more than 1300 staff with a presence in more than 20 countries worldwide.
