Accountable for driving development and implementation of products that meet market needs from conception to launch, commercialization and retirement in order to achieve growth and profitability of the product line.Qualification / Typical Profile10+ years working experience in various roles; preferably application experience. Strong knowledge of FLS product suite.Technical background with commercial acumen. Ability to think strategically and lead cross functionally by influence.Your role :- Own, be accountable for, and drive product line strategy and growth.- Analyze customer trends,understand high level market requirements and competitive landscape (collaborating with Sales and Segment Leader) and translate to full lifecycle product specifications and requirements (Original Equipment / Aftermarket / Services & Solutions) through direct customer interactions,- Develop Product Line Strategic Roadmap for differentiated product placement in the market which is aligned with BU strategy that will drive Multi-Generational Product Plan (MGPP).- Prioritize, develop & gain business case approva l addressing enhancements / gaps through DTO, Dtv, NPD & other strategic initiatives.- Be accountable for getting development projects delivered on schedule, cost and meeting market requirements and making certain that all elements are in place for a successful launch of the product including go to market strategy (channel, manufacturing model : ATO / MTO / ETO);pricing; target customers and launch plans; training for Commercial; readiness for manufacturing.
