Description In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Working cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Responsible for daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
Providing guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
Serving as group lead on projects and work assignments.
Champion and model proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting, and participating in actions to improve health and safety.
To be successful in this role you will need the following competencies:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Plant Manager.
Demonstrated experience operating equipment, control panels and semi-automatic equipment.
Previous experience utilizing Oracle, SAP or any relevant RPC.
Previous knowledge of compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures.
Proven experience performing and developing continuous improvements.
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
