Job Requirements: - Graduate of Bachelor's Degree - Civil Engineering - With at least 2 years experience in project development in housing - Must be Licensed Civil Engineer - Must be knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other engineering software - Knowledge in Real Estate and affordable housing a plus - Must have good people skills and good management skills to handle tasks, timelines, and suppliers - Must be able to work well with other departments - Must be organized, detail oriented, meets deadlines, and resourceful to find solutions to problems Duties: - Prepare and update Estimated Land Development Costs - Prepare, update, and coordinate PD checklist - Coordinate with Permits & Licensing on all required permits and documentation and provide these if necessary/applicable - Prepare project narratives - Uploading of documents to the existing ERP - Provide assistance to team members in the department if needed. - Other tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time.
