In CRAFT, We are looking for a Project Manager with a high level of English and French to join our team in Madrid. You will manage the projects of a global client, handling multiple projects. Working on campaigns from start to finish, you will support across administrative tasks, quality assurance and creative excellence tasks. You will be responsible for timings, budgets and project logistics.
We are looking for a person with around 2-3 years' experience in advertising agencies / production houses, with project management capabilities, experience working with clients and good knowledge of production processes.
FUNCTIONS Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offeringEnsure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the processSet and manage client expectations around deliverables and timeframes.Build strong day to day relationships with all clients and agency stakeholders - communication is keyWork closely with the production department on the timings and logistics of the projects. Take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays etc.Coordinate different stakeholders from client and agency teams relevant to project success and to facilitate asset delivery.
