He / She will promote communication regarding project status and priorities inside the organization.The person will become the main contact for the customer and crucial role for fluent and effective communication with all stakeholders including company senior managers and CEO.Developing and following up project schedule with the responsibility of effective resources allocation.Identifying and developing the project risk plan and consequence mitigation plans, including the technical risks in collaboration with engineering department.Monitoring performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource allocation to ensure on-time finalization according to specifications.Controlling project budgeted costs and ensuring no deviation occurs all along project duration.What You Need to Be SuccessfulBEng in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.At least 5 years of proven working experience in project management in the machinery sector. Sectors like automotive, aeronautics or pharmaceutical are also considered.Spanish / Catalan.High level of English (French as third language will be a plus).Master in Project Management is highly valuable.Required PMI certification. PMP, Prince 2, Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Spring certifications will be a plus.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.SAP knowledge will be valuable.Experience in third party equipment integration projects.Experience in Lean methodologies. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.Previous experience managing projects for USA clients.Strong sense of leadership and capacity to convince and influence others.Proactive, flexible, and oriented to resultsChange management : Ability to work in continuous changing environments.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
