Bamboo Energy is a cleantech startup born in Barcelona three years ago. We offer a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud platform to optimize energy flexibility, allowing consumers to reduce their electricity bill and gain extra revenues, helping the integration of renewables in the energy system. We are a young company using deep tech and data to accelerate the energy transition. Our product team is responsible for leading the development of the BambooEnergy platform and ensuring high-quality satisfaction and retention. We are the bridge between our clients and the software development team. We hold design and brainstorming sessions, and we use agile methodologies to assure excellence and timely deliveries.
As a Project Manager you will get hands-on experience with a technological startup environment. You will manage projects from the roadmap planning to day-by-day operations and reports; you will use the platform and propose improvements and new functionalities to be implemented by our tech team and you will be in continuous communication with our clients and industries.
What will you do at Bamboo? Manage projects from the onboarding of the client to operations, preparing and presenting reports to our clients.Analyze industries to identify suitable controllable processes providing technical and commercial support.Detect improvements on the platform and new functionalities that our clients need, collaborating with our software development team.Implement tools to facilitate the onboarding of the clients and add value to them.Monitoring the correct functioning of the platform to assure the quality of the service delivered.Analyze new market opportunities and the competitive landscape.RequirementsBachelor/Master's in industrial/energy engineering or similar.Ability and interest to deliver good quality written reports.Good planning & organizational skills.Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Advantageous Experience in leading, tracking, and driving progress in technical implementation projects.Knowledge/understanding of industrial operating system and energy sector.Programming languages: Python.Experience in start-ups/scale-up companiesInterest in analyzing and exploring innovative technologies.Languages: SpanishOther important competencies: Excellent internal and external verbal communication skills.Eager to explore the unknown.Team player with collaboration skills.Proactive, efficient, and results-oriented.Committed with energy transition.We offer you...
