.Project Manager (Implant)Job briefMediaMonks is seeking a Project Manager based in A Coruña, with experience managing large-scale social media and digital accounts in the advertising industry. Our ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers and large data sets. Most importantly, they must have a passion for social media, a desire to continuously be up to speed on the latest trends (social, tech, sustainability, etc.).You are a social-media-savvy professional, with experience in the FMCG industry. You have a positive attitude and the ability to organize and influence people within & outside the organization.ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the Audience & Data Insights Team to identify and build an understanding of our client's target audiences and trends.Work alongside the client's internal team, with suppliers contact agency, and manage the Brand strategy in their different digital environments (social channels, trade marketing, activations, events..). This may also include working alongside the Advertising Agency ´s team when amplifying social campaigns.Supervise different partners, Paid Media, Content, and Creative teams in analyzing the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals. At the very least consider audience growth, change in profile, engagement, reach, leads, and sales.Support the Brand Strategy with organizing the campaigns, communicating with social influencers, and internal communications, i.E. Creative, Content, and Paid Media teams.Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns.Build URL's and add tracking parameters.Perform regular competitive research analysis, analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to increase ROI.Have an understanding of market trends and seasonality fluctuations and apply learnings to the campaign(s)Have an understanding of audience(s) demographic profiles and apply them to campaign developments and optimizations.Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices.Requirements:Extensive knowledge in digital environment, social media and advertising platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn.Google Analytics knowledge.Strong verbal and communication skillsExcellent time management skillsSelf-motivated with a sense of ownershipFlexible, versatile, and copes well under pressureA team player with high energy and excitementHighly organized and numbers-orientedMediaMonks is one of those (50) companies creative people would kill to work for.
