A better future?We're Lear For You.As a Project Manager based in Porriño (Spain) you will lead the delivery of multiple programs for the Structure division.You will lead global cross-functional teams that include sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality and purchasing.You will be responsible for program timeline development, documentation and execution ensuring scope, quality, timing and cost objectives are met.Responsibilities :Lead cross-functional teams to plan and flawlessly execute programs that exceed both customer and internal customer expectationsTaking responsibility for the program to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget, within approved profitability and required quality standardsPlanning and execution of all activities in accordance with milestones defined by the customerManagement of product changes according to flexibility and costs defined / agreed with Engineering and SalesIdentification of possible risks and critical points and application of necessary corrective measures by escalation in order to obtain the necessary supportRequirements :Higher education in engineeringExperience working in the automotive industry and preferably in the field of mechanicsAt least 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams both local and in highly dynamic environmentsExcellent communication skillsFluent in English and Spanish, French is an advantageProactive, responsible, can-do attitude person and stress-resilient#J-18808-Ljbffr
