Property Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a property manager located in Ortigas Centre, Pasig. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the assigned property, including tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, leasing, and financial performance. The Property Manager will also ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, develop and implement property management strategies, and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors.The ideal property manager shows a proactive approach, honesty, and the ability to multitask. They take proactive steps to address issues before they escalate, maintain transparent and open communication with tenants and property owners, and adeptly manage diverse responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the properties entrusted to their care.
