Your mission as a QA Automation engineer will be to help define any part of a project testing strategy such as the types of testing required, the technology stack, the infrastructure needed, CI setup, and the QA process.
You will pursue our mission by performing the following contributions:
Participate in both Manual and Automation tasks.Be in charge of the assigned automation tasks (understand the requirements of the story, write an appropriate set of test cases, code the necessary automation tests)Find gaps/issues in the code/design of the testing framework.Help define any part of a project testing strategy.Participate in code reviews for other team members.Develop and maintain automated test cases for both backend and frontend systems.Help coordinating the release process and maintain created Continuous Integration pipeline.Assist junior team members when requested.Designing and implementing automatic FrontEnd and BackEnd tests using C#.Now, what will make you succeed with us? 3+ years of experience working with Manual and Automation testingExperience working with C# and SpecFlow for building the testing around APIs.Experience performing API manual testing with 3rd party tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).Knowledge of Performance/Load Testing with JMeter, Gatling or any other tools.GIT methodology.Successfully use ISTQB test design best practices.Extensive CI/CD knowledgeGherkin syntax knowledge is desired.Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.Strong oral and written communication skills in English.What will we bring to you? Respect, diversity & a lot of fun.Great Referral program.Our recruitment process 1st step: Cultural fit interview During this face-to-face interview, we want to meet the candidate and understand the expectations regarding career plan and motivation and give the candidate an overview of the role and Nuvolar's work environment. Also laying out everything we can offer you and what you can bring to our Nuvofamily so that we can succeed together!
2nd step: Technical test If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.
3rd step: Technical Interview with the team After passing the technical test, it's time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
