Lead the full compliance with all Company policies and procedures.- Provides daily guidance and direction in EHS programs at the employee, supervisor and department responsible level to ensure a common and effective approach.- Reviews any EHS ´s incident which occur in the area of responsibility and conduct field audits, reporting and managing the corrective actions.- Ensures that contractor personnel working on the Plant are in compliance with Company policies and safety requirements.- Provides advice, assist, and audit line management to ensure that effective EHS is implemented and working.- Reports and maintains filing systems regarding EHS- Performs and contributes to the training programs for the Operation.- Ensures inspections by regulatory agencies are coordinated and deficiencies minimized and corrected. Maintain all logs and documentation associated with permits and regulatory requirements.- Maintains working relationships with local and national Regulatory Agencies.Quality:- Achieves quality operational objectives by implementing production and quality standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits;determining system improvements. Prepares and completes the needed action plans.- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting detailed analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operationaland performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures
