Main Responsibilities? Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic inspections: Assurance of conformity according to work orders and applicable documentation (standards, drawings, inspection instructions, technical instructions, etc.)? Measurements and dimensional checks as required in applicable documentation (electrical continuity measurements, etc.)? Documentation of detected discrepancies (Observations, Non conformity reports, Discrepancy reports, etc.)? Inspection of parts manufactured for this program.? Customer Inspection Points? Documental inspection of work orders before closure.? Inspection before final delivery to customer? Functional test assurance.? Maintenance inspections? Temperature and humidity monitor management.? Housekeeping control? FOD control? Monitoring of the correct identification, protection and storage of aircraft items.? MRB segregation area control and management.? Non-conforming material identification.? Interchangeability checks and certification.? SAP input of serialized items.? Component identification.? Removal and assembly registrations.?
