RequirementsWhat do we need? Native level of German.Advanced level of English.Spanish level is not required but it is valuable.Analytical capacity of planning, organization, analysis and management.Being able to create training material.Ability to solve problems effectively.Ability to perform assessments consistently and fairly.High learning capacity and ability to apply new information, systems and work methods.Capacity to work in detail reviewing all process and task.Clear understanding of key objectives.Valuable previous Team management experience.BenefitsWhat do we offer you? Salary of €24,000 gross per year, 12 months' pay.Permanent contract (1 month trial period) of 39 hours per week from Monday to Saturday (alternating).The work schedule will be from 9h to 19h with one regular rotating day per week.4 weeks training from Monday to Thursday from 9h to 18h (with one hour for lunch) and Friday from 9h to 16h.Hybrid work.INCORPORATION DATE: ASAP.
