Here we all contribute ideas, make decisions and collaborate so that each customer feels unique, special and fully satisfied with our service.The mainobjectiveof our future Quality Manager for the Nordic markets (Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden)is to act as a point of contact with the managers of the different European HUBs, to fairly evaluate the customer service manager teams and their data, and to propose improvements to increase their performance .Think you might fit in, then read on!Your day-to-day duties will be as follows:- You will have toensure the best customer supportaccording to the project guidelines.- You will be incharge of ensuring the use ofMSXI'smethodologyand business knowledge guidelines with the agents to deliver a high quality business service.- You will implement the necessarycorrective and preventive actionsto ensure the achievement of the project objectives.- You will be thedirect contact for the call center agents and the managers of the different European HUBs .
