We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION: This role is responsible of avoiding losses and reducing litigations with TPS due to discrepancies on bookings.Purpose of the role:Daily reconciliation of TPS bookings to prevent losses for the companyOperational & commercial contact with TPS to solve daily incidences and negotiate lossesProactively raise TPS incidences and collaborate with IT to solve them asapLead TPS support team, manage processes & reportingResponsibilities:Review in a daily basis the potential discrepancies on TPS bookingsReport technical issues and collaborate with IT on the resolutionEnsure all processes are properly followed, communication with both internal and external stakeholders, reportingSupport the implementation of new initiatives to reduce litigations with TPSRequirements:Travel Industry Background3 years of experience in a similar positionExperience in Integration´s processProficiency in Microsoft Office Package and in reporting tools.High time pressure and efficiency as result of high workloadCoordinate the resources to ensure quick and high quality repliesEnsure a proper prioritization to be focused on more relevant lossesEnsurethe proper operation ofthe internal tools used by the teamManage the complexity of different systemsManage the escalations from other departmentsManage the relationship with our internal partners and external stakeholdersWork with diverse teams & cultures across all the regionsSupport a culture of improvement and high performanceYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
