.Job Description:Are you living in the Calp, Altea or Benissa area or willing to move there?For our office in the Calpe/ Altea region, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting, assessing and selecting the best talent for our organisation. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to on-boarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, has good knowledge about recruitment strategies and has a keen eye for identifying the best candidates.Because we believe in teambuilding our colleagues are required to be at the office at least 3 days a week.Main responsibilities:1. **Search and manage the candidate network.- Uses various search channels such as job sites, social media, referrals and industry specific platforms to identify potential candidates.- Builds and maintains a diverse and high quality candidate network.2. **Selection and assessment- Reviews resumes and applications, conducts initial telephone interviews and assesses candidates' qualifications and suitability for the organisation both in person and by video.3. **Candidate experience- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Communicate with candidates in a timely and professional manner and provide feedback and guidance.- Keep candidates informed on the status of their application and the progress of the recruitment process.4. **Cooperation and communication- Works closely with Dutch management to understand their recruitment needs and align recruitment strategy with departmental objectives.- Briefs and educates management regularly on the recruitment process and best practices.- Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management.5. **Compliance and documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate files and documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection and employment legislation.Updates knowledge of changes in employment and recruitment legislation regularly.Requirements:A degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in filling vacancies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Spanish-speakingSolid knowledge of the English language.Do you speak Dutch?
