We're looking for a Recruiter who'll ensure candidates are getting fantastic experience within our recruitment process We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician, who will plan and execute first-class hiring strategies. Someone, who will play in our team at one goal - to bring the world's top A-Players to Revolut
We're looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help us hire A-players, work closely with our internal stakeholders and deliver a first-class customer experience. You'll innovate, drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process here at Revolut.
This role is working closely with the Australian Leadership team to scale up Revolut in Australia to build Australia's next digital Bank. You will be proactively searching, selecting and closing vacancies across a variety of specialist roles in the fintech space . We are mostly working with volume roles but not only. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across junior, senior and lead level roles within the Australian marketplace.
