As a Research & Insights Associate at Ogury, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new insights products. Your analytical skills will be essential for translating complex data into actionable insights, and your project management expertise will ensure successful product creation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to client-facing presentations, and product strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate on creating engaging internal and external content, emphasizing industry insights and key purchase momentsSupport the Customer Success (CS) team in improving the quality of report output, incorporating survey data and proprietary audience analysisDevelop compelling client-facing materials that effectively convey research findings, supporting senior team members in crafting presentations for client meetings, ensuring clarity and impactCollaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to perform basic and advanced statistical analysis on dataAssist the director and Customer Success Manager (CSM) in executing annual learning agendas with top clientsCreate data visualizations, charts, and conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlationsExecute end-to-end project activities, ensuring effective planning and implementation for successful outcomesSupport the development of customized solutions leveraging Ogury insights and targeting products to facilitate media agency business developmentAbout you:1-3 years experience in the media/research/ad-tech industryYou possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, enabling you to effectively analyze data and create compelling presentationsPreferably, you have experience in the agency environment, particularly in strategic or data team roles, focusing on audience analysis and definitionEstablished connections within local media agencies would be highly advantageousYou possess a commercial mindset, adept at identifying revenue opportunities, and capable of educating clients on new revenue and performance modelsYour communication skills are robust, allowing you to cultivate relationships, confidently present ideas, and negotiate effectivelyYou thrive in an independent role and exhibit self-motivationYou exhibit a strong passion for the adtech industry and are eager to work with cutting-edge technologyKeeping up with industry trends and embracing new developments is something you actively pursue, demonstrating your commitment to staying informed and continuously improving your skills
