Sales Admin Team Lead

- Oversees and manages the team's targets and each productivity. - Help manage their targets and cascades on changes, directions and updates. - Responsible to train newbies and do refresher as needed to monitor compliance of each Sales Admin and make sure up to standards - Confirm that data and documents collected are complete and in alignment with requirements, adhering to procedures and standards - Adhere to and meet the set schedule and deadlines for admin-related tasks. - Input, track and maintain all data, documents, and records on systems or trackers. - Assure files are properly prepared and saved to systems and/or backup drives, where applicable. - Participate in team meetings, activities, and promote team spirit. Qualifications: - College graduate of any related course - Strong communication, facilitation skills required - Must be detail-oriented, presentable, creative thinker, a team player, and possess excellent communication skills - Atleast 1 year supervisory experience - Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (WFH & Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus Experience: Supervisory: 1 year (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
