Senior Accounts Receivable AnalystJoining Amadeus as a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, reconciling, and processing payments received into our collection system for a global customer portfolio. Managing and analyzing various accounts, you will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, building effective working relationships to effectively pre-empt and / or resolve payment issues.

In this role, you will: Identify and process accounts receivable in a timely manner *Reconcile bank confirmation of payments received against open receivables correctly in system
*Manage returned direct debits (RDDs) process ensuring that they are properly identified in the system and posted against
*Coordinate with Sales teams to communicate with customers and recover outstanding debt
Analyze and follow up on bad debt *Prepare and post monthly bad debt proposal and communicate results to management
*Prepare quarterly reporting required by Finance teams related to bad debt provision
Drive contract and payment plan negotiations *Co-lead the negotiation of payment plans with Account Managers and Legal to ensure the collection of revenues
Provide feedback in negotiation of new commercial agreements with existing *and new customers
Prepare monthly and quarterly accounts receivable reports *Track established KPIs and SLAs
*Prepare and communicate monthly KPIs to management
*Provide accounts status reports to Finance and Commercial teams
Provide support to Accounts Receivable team *Support monthly/quarterly closing activities to make sure deadlines are met
*Support Accounts Receivable Manager in the coordination of all process improvement projects
*Participate in wider department projects
About the ideal candidate *University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
*Demonstrable experience in an Accounts Receivable department, preferably in a multinational environment
*Experience in using accounts receivable modules in ERPs (SAP or Oracle)
*Excellent communication skills and advanced level in English (both verbal and written), other languages an asset
*Strong analytical and problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
