JOB DESCRIPTION Role Mission As a Senior Client Advisor, you will ensure that our clients' service expectations are exceeded in a personable, playful, and engaging way, enabling you to deliver your individual and team goals. You will be a consistent high performer, delivering both qualitative and quantitative results.
Responsibilities Be an exceptional client advisor consistently achieving individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team in their salesProvide an exceptional customer service experience to each client; greeting, listening, assisting, advising, and exceeding their expectationsExemplify our brand history and heritageHighlight our product categories through your exceptional product knowledge to cross sell and upsellEngage with diverse clients, always putting them at ease to develop long lasting relationshipsDevelop and grow your client book, updating client information on the relevant company toolsDemonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging all available tools to develop existing clients and recruit new clients to build long term relationshipsPerform as a team player, participating and collaborating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the storeActively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE's visual standardsMaintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner; front and back of houseSupport with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasksFollow the company's policies and procedures including LOEWE's standards in terms of grooming and behaviorSupport Management in developing the team through mentoring and/or being a buddy for new joinersProfileKey Requirements Proven experience in driving and exceeding individual goals to become a top performer and key contributor in team resultsExperience within a similar role in Leather goods and/or Ready to WearA deep interest in Fashion, Art, and CultureExperience working within a diverse, dynamic teamExcels in sharing knowledge, inspiring and coaching others to be their bestExcels in adapting and connecting with different clients and situations to be a master of client engagementEffective communication skills with the sensitivities to build and maintain a client bookResults driven with a commercial mindset without compromising on the Team Player attitudeFlexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work#J-18808-Ljbffr
