.SENIOR CONTENT DESIGNER - LOWER FUNNELTHE OPPORTUNITYWe're looking for an experienced Senior UX Writer to join our Experience Design team in Zaragoza.Lower FunnelIn the Lower Funnel area, we provide a seamless, personalised and transparent buying and post-sales experience for adidas customers. We understand that people's time is precious, and we aim to reduce the mental effort required when shopping and seeking support.This role will be focussed on the Consumer Services part of our post-sales Experience team, designing, and creating experiences for our chat support and agent experience.Your key responsibilities:Own the UX writing process end-to-end: from identifying opportunities, exploration, research, and validation to execution and managing the localisation processWork closely with product teams to identify new opportunities for iteration and experimentationCollaborate with cross-functional product team members across Design, Research, Product, Engineering to form a holistic UX approachCreate and execute on a strategic level, leveraging consumer insights and data but also getting hands-on and granular with the detailsCoordinate closely with language specialists to bring their market-specific knowledge to our UX processGain a deep understanding of our users; combine consumer insights, trends, and behavioursShape the language, dialogue, and personality of our digital assistant to ensure it effectively supports adidas customersCollaborate with UX designers to align conversational content with adidas brand guidelinesAnalyse and enhance the digital assistant's voice and tone, continuously improving its responsesDevelop & prioritize flows and templates to solve consumer queries in the most effective wayWho we're looking for:Our UX writers are passionate, outspoken advocates for our users' needs and aren't afraid to shake things up.
